At Sivara Jewels, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process as outlined below.
Eligibility for Return:

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:

We offer reverse pickup for eligible return requests.
Non-Returnable Items:

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Customized, personalized, and discounted (sale/clearance) items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery by emailing sivara.jewel@gmail.com with relevant images and an unboxing video, if possible.

We will initiate a replacement or full refund upon verification.
Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

Refunds will not be processed for products returned in used or damaged condition.
